Multilingual (Japanese, Korean and English) Fertility/IVF Coordinator (RN)
We are seeking an experienced full-time Bilingual Fertility/IVF Coordinator RN to work in our Honolulu, HI office and assist our patients in both Japanese and English. Advanced Reproductive Center of Hawaii specializes in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Reproductive Endocrinology, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), and emotional advocacy through our patient support program.
Responsibilities include patient education, counseling, and medication training. Responsible for scheduling all components of patients’ IVF cycle(s) including surgeries, medication protocols, and follow-ups. Assist with direct patient care procedures and related tasks; obtain H&Ps, maintain patient charting ,ensure IVF clinical data is complete and accurate for annual SART and NASS reporting, and establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to our patients.
Requirements include state RN license without limitations, multilingual in English, Japanese, and Korean, aptitude to work independently and demonstrate good judgment, ability to educate patients and to provide instruction on proper care and follow up, ability to perform concentrated and complex mental activity with frequent involvement with complex and highly technical situations, ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards, ability to work under pressure and multi-task, ability to work varying hours as needed, including weekends, holidays, and rotating on-call basis. Is enthusiastic and maintains a positive attitude, works well with diverse personalities, wins cooperation from others, exhibits honesty and integrity and develops trust, is a self-starter, demonstrates a professional attitude and commitment to ARCH, and understands that keeping our patients calm and happy is our number one priority.
Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8:00-5:00, rotating Thursdays and Saturdays. Saturday hours are 7:30-12:30. On-call rotation for Sundays and holidays (usually once a month).
