Insurance Coverage

Advanced Reproductive Center of Hawaii accepts most insurance plans and our staff understands that plan benefits can be confusing. We want you to be relaxed and comfortable throughout your treatment, so we are available to help you coordinate your coverage, handle all pre-certification paperwork, and make appropriate phone calls to your insurance company.

While we do accept most insurance plans, some HMO’s require a referral to our office. Dr. Christopher Huang is a participating provider with the following HMSA HMO plans, so no referral is needed for the following groups:

• Hawaii IPA
• Oahu Physicians Group
• Pacific Health Care
• Straub – Hawaii Health Partners

INITIAL FERTILITY CONSULTATION

During your initial consultation, we will design a treatment plan for you. We will contact your insurance company to coordinate benefits and let you know what your estimated out of pocket expense (if any) will be.
